Gender Parity in the Governance Bodies of the Social Economy in Europe

The CAPSE project, the result of two years of cooperation between ESS France, COCETA, ConcertES, Pour la Solidarité, and Sciences Po Bordeaux, is proud to present its White Paper.
This strategic document examines the persistent barriers to gender parity in the governance bodies of the social economy and sets out concrete action steps to overcome them.

Designed as a European advocacy tool, it calls on policymakers, federations, and social economy organisations to align their commitments and drive progress on gender equality.

🎯 Its goal: to provide operational and policy recommendations for strengthening women’s representation in decision-making bodies, supporting internal transformation, and inspiring more inclusive policies on a broader scale.
